Orvaden Check is designed as a local-first inspection tool. Your inspection records remain on your device unless you choose to export or share them.

What Orvaden Check stores
Orvaden Check stores the information you enter into the app, including inspection checklists, schedules, notes, report details, signatures, organization and inspector profile information, and any photos or logos you choose to attach.
The current version does not require an Orvaden Check account and does not upload your inspection database to an Orvaden cloud service.
Device permissions
Orvaden Check may request access only when a related feature needs it:
- Camera and photos: to capture or select images you add to an inspection, report, or organization profile.
- Notifications: to deliver inspection reminders you schedule on your device.
- Files: to let you select a backup for restore or choose where to save an exported report or backup.
You can review or change these permissions in your device settings. Some app features may not work if their required permission is disabled.
Reports, backups, and sharing
PDF reports and Orvaden Check backup files are created only when you request them. When you export, save, or share a file, the destination app, storage provider, email service, or recipient you choose controls what happens to that copy.
Orvaden Check backup files are not password-protected. They may contain inspection records, photos, signatures, profile details, and other information you entered. Store and transmit them appropriately.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
The current version of Orvaden Check does not include advertising, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking. Orvaden, LLC does not sell your Orvaden Check inspection data.
Data retention and deletion
Your app data stays on your device until you remove it, restore a different backup, reset the app, or uninstall the app, subject to your device operating system and any device-level backup settings. Before deleting Orvaden Check, create and verify a backup if you need to preserve your records.
Support communications
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide in your message. Please do not send confidential inspection records, photographs, signatures, or backup files unless they are necessary to resolve your issue.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated as Orvaden Check changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
